Pretty little things

Bag charms-- I cant get enough of them!
We're working on lots of bag charms as compliments for our new Spring and Summer bags, but they also add a pretty touch to your existing handbags, clutches and purses. I especially like to see tassel clips on clutches, it seems to add that perfect chic factor to them.
Here's a look at a snippet of the styles coming in a week or so. Stay tuned...

Here's a sneak peek at what new for Spring/Summer '14...

Introducing nouveau Kelley. I named it nouveau- which is French for new, as homage to our original Kelley bag from a few years ago.

I love, love this bag!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough.

The bag is constructed as a rectangular North-South tote, but it also collapses on the sides to a trapezoid shaped bag when you remove the pouch insert, so you get 2 looks in one:)
Yes, a removable insert! So instead of just leaving it as an unlined tote, I thought it would be a bit more functional with an insert for all of your goodies.

The double tassel puts the cherry on top as a nice touch, I think. Shown here is the double tassel in brown/snake/brown. The tassels will be available in different color combos. I am in love with tassels for the warm weather they are so fun! The bags will have picture day sometime next week, so look for Spring items to start hitting the site by March 1st.Stay tuned...

Pantone's Color of the year...

So Pantone named Radiant Orchid as 2014's color of the year. Well, we were ell ahead of the curve when we introduced our Convertible Scarf™ in this color in Fall 2013.

Another day...

I typically have a love/hate relationship with modeling our new bags, but it needed to be done. The love is that I like representing my own product, the hate is that I just down know what facial expressions to make and how I think I look is never usually what I see in the photos. Oh well...But since I love our new Simple. Chic clutches, it was easier than usual.

New for Fall!

Our new Soho tote is probably my new favorite. The front has tons of pockets- 6 in fact. Only 3 are visible and 3 are hidden as slip pockets. The 1st Soho shown here is in a cool motorcycle bomber style leather that is black and rustic brown  with a slight bronzed patina.

Fall 2013 inspirations...

What can you look forward to this Fall in our shop? 

We'll I'm loving gold, coppery and bronze hues mixed with black ala our party girl scarf below-- for both day and evening, so I'll be incorporating those colors into some new and old bag styles.We're reworking our 'Just shopping' bag that we debuted way back in our debut collection, so look for that as well a re-worked Marni tote, from the '07 collection as well+ More, more, more.

(Small) Fall Preview

Our Convertible Scarves™ are back this Fall with a unisex flavor! Yes, it's for you and him... So to give the fly fellas some shine, I grabbed my handsome little brother Steve for a quick photoshoot. He is a clothes horse, so using him for the shoot was painless, since he is like a built in stylist and model in one but... he's one of those brooding Scorpios, so getting him to lighten up was the toughest and funniest part.

He let me know during the shoot that the scarves were a little snug around the neck, when worn as an infinity scarf, since men are naturally wider around the neck than women. So... I had added a little extra length and width to the scarf so that it is the perfect in-between to fit both dudes and gals nicely. This Fall you will find  lots of colors to choose from plus a new Chevron ribbed fabric which will debut next week. Check back in the coming weeks for more photoshoot fun with our new Fall bags too!
